Email Tracker is an easy-to-use, smart and powerful utility that extracts out the email address from a .txt, .doc or a .rtf file. All the email addresses from these files can be extracted and maintained in a database.

Email Tracker can then be used to generate a general email to be sent to all the email-ids in the database, with or without attachments. This utility relieves the manual method of personally going through the files and finding out the email address.

Move all the files in a single directory. Use the Extract facility which searches all the files in the directory for email addresses and creates a record for each address in the database.

There are two tables. One for the recent extraction and one master database. Every time a new email-id is to be added in either of the tables, a search is made to ensure that there is no duplication of the email addresses.

A general email can then be sent to all the email addresses in the database. The user can select the recently extracted email addresses or the entire master table. Emails are generated automatically and put in the outbox of the mailing software. On connecting to the Internet, all the mails are sent.
