Hathor Media Server is a personal streaming media server that allows you to access your personal music collection from anywhere there is an Internet connection.
Some of the features of Hathor Media Server include:
- MP3, OGG, and WMA support:
- The ability to automatically organize your collection by artist and album
- Customizable Web templates
- User authentication
- Unlimited user access
- Transcoding that allows you to convert a file from one bit rate to another (for instance, 128 Kbps to 96 Kbps)
- A limited number of connections to the server
- Playlist queuing
- And searching.
Better scanning in this new version. It should now pick up more of your mp3 files.
Created a log file called REJECTED.TXT. This file will only have what file were not added to the database.
SCANLOG.TXT will still contain a list of all files. A couple of other small bugs.
From this version onward, when you uninstall it will now ask you if you wish to keep your settings before uninstall Hathor Media Server.
