With Secret Color Picker you can select colors from the computer screen or from a color palette and it will return the following color codes: RGB (decimal), HSL, Long, HTML Hex, Visual Basic Hex, Delphi Hex, and C++ Hex.
You can also enter your own color codes to create your own colors. Colors can be inverted, and converted to Web-safe.
Secret Color Picker has the ability to be always on top of other windows and can be minimized to the system tray.
The program can run in full mode or in compact mode, and it has an External Color Zoom, making the process of selecting a precise pixel color much easier.
